Last few years we have noted trend of adopting flats to apartments for rent. Not rare one owner has more flats at different location in the city. Idea he has is simple, to rent apartments at daily bases, but not to have reception and not to drive around the city meeting gusts. Maintenance they manage some how, with someone located in those buildings.

Few years ago we have done 5 for one owner, from Belgrade and he was very satisfied. Than we have developed one, we would say standard solution, and until now we have done many in region.
